Participants in the VR Creator Lab will receive up to $40,000 in funding for their VR program, as well as the above-mentioned boot camp, where participants will receive three months of training from leading VR instructors and filmmakers.

YouTube creators with at least 10,000 subscribers and independent filmmakers are eligible to apply and participants must be at least 18 years of age. Google will select the contestants based on the quality of the applicants and complete the feasibility of the proposed project within three months.

Users can find the VR Creator Lab application on the Google Creator Lab website, and the application will open on August 6, 2018 at 5 pm (BST). The London VR Creator Lab Training Camp will be held from September 18 to 20, 2018.
