The theme park was originally scheduled to open in the summer of 2020 in conjunction with the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games, but was postponed twice due to the new crown outbreak.
On the morning of the 18th, Nintendo ace game designer Miyamoto, known as "Mario's father", and others also attended the opening ceremony of the new park.
